I, Kalen Na'il Roach (b. 1992), am an artist/photographer from Maryland currently working in photography, collage, video, and installation. My father taught me how to use a camera when I was thirteen. I fell in love with the medium and have not looked back since. I graduated with my BFA in Photography from St. John's University in 2014 and completed the International Center of Photography's (ICP) One-Year General Studies Program in 2013. My personal artwork is primarily focused on the family archive, however, this site is dedicated to all my commissioned work as a photographer. I enjoy shooting all types of photography and am always looking to expand my practice.
